How Harbourside Physio came to be
About Harbourside Physio
Harbourside Physio has been helping Brisbane locals recover from injury and manage pain since 2008. We're a practice built on a simple idea: that good physio starts with listening to what's actually limiting you, not treating a diagnosis by rote.
We're based in Brisbane and work with patients across the city—from the inner suburbs down to the bayside areas. Whether you've strained your shoulder at work, tweaked your knee playing weekend footy, or you're managing a long-term condition, we take time to understand how your injury affects your life and what you actually want to get back to doing.
